A paid Zendesk agent seat counts as one agent for SweetHawk billing. Light agents are always free.
What happens when I add new agents?
Your SweetHawk subscription automatically adjusts. You only pay for active paid agents.
Are light agents included?
Yes, light agents are always free across all SweetHawk apps and the Suite.
Can I mix individual apps and the Suite?
You can subscribe to the Suite, which covers everything. Individual app subscriptions are also available if you only want specific apps.
Is there an annual discount?
The Suite is $12/agent/month billed annually, or $15/agent/month monthly. Annual billing saves 20%.
What if I need multiple Zendesk instances?
